Steve Cropper Tribute

Jeff Skunk Baxter Joins Celebration of Steve Cropper's 80th Birthday. On Tuesday September 7th, a lineup of great musicians came together at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville to celebrate Steve Cropper's 80th birthday. Cropper is an American guitarist, songwriter and producer. He is best known as the guitarist from Booker T and the MGs as well as later a member of The Blues Brothers. Cropper was joined on stage by Eddie Floyd, Mike Mills, Jeff "Skunk" Baxter, Felix Cavaliere, William Bell, Phil Vassar, Lee Roy Parnell, Billy F Gibbons, Henry Cho, Jason Scheff, James Burton, Randy Owen, Sixwire and many more incredible artists! Baxter expanded on his solos from Steely Dan hits at the event.
